Barbara is an honest and direct mentor. She gives the necessary feedback to ensure competency. Barbara listened to recordings of my coaching and gave me direct and very specific feedback. She also sent me written feedback, which was helpful. I learnt a lot about matching my emotion/rhythm/flow to that of my client. This was my main take away that has significantly improved my practice, but I also refined other aspects of my coaching skills. As a result of my mentoring with Barbara, I am allowing more space for clients and am more sensitive to flowing with their energy. I am also more prepared to apply for the PCC credential.
